Everyone can use AutoImmi free for 10 scans a day without signing up. Please try it before you pay.

2. รับประกันคืนเงินภายใน 7 วัน 7-day money-back guarantee

หากไม่พอใจการซื้อครั้งแรก (แพ็กเกจรายเดือน รายปี หรือแบบจ่ายครั้งเดียว) ติดต่อเราภายใน 7 วันนับจากวันชำระเงิน เราจะคืนเงินเต็มจำนวน

If you're not happy with your first purchase (monthly, yearly or one-time), contact us within 7 days of payment for a full refund.

3. การต่ออายุอัตโนมัติ Automatic renewals

แพ็กเกจแบบต่ออายุอัตโนมัติจะเรียกเก็บเงินทุกรอบบิลจนกว่าคุณจะยกเลิก คุณยกเลิกได้ทุกเมื่อที่ “บัญชีของฉัน” → “จัดการการสมัครสมาชิก” และใช้งานได้จนสิ้นรอบบิลที่ชำระแล้ว เราไม่คืนเงินตามสัดส่วนสำหรับรอบบิลที่เริ่มแล้ว ยกเว้นตามข้อ 4

Subscriptions renew each billing period until you cancel. Cancel anytime under “My account” → “Manage subscription”; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We don't give partial refunds for a period that has already started, except as in section 4.

5. วิธีขอคืนเงิน How to request a refund

ส่งอีเมลถึง support@autoimmi.com พร้อมแจ้งอีเมลที่ใช้ชำระเงิน

Email support@autoimmi.com with the email address you paid with.

6. ระยะเวลาคืนเงิน How refunds are paid

เราคืนเงินผ่าน Stripe ไปยังช่องทางที่คุณใช้ชำระ บัตรเครดิต/เดบิตใช้เวลาประมาณ 5–10 วันทำการ สำหรับ QR พร้อมเพย์ Stripe จะส่งอีเมลขอเลขบัญชีธนาคารเพื่อโอนเงินคืน

Refunds are paid through Stripe to your original payment method: about 5–10 business days for cards. For PromptPay QR payments, Stripe emails you to ask for your bank account details.

7. หลังได้รับเงินคืน After a refund

เมื่อคืนเงินแล้ว แพ็กเกจที่เกี่ยวข้องจะสิ้นสุดลง

Once refunded, the related plan ends.
